All negative behavior, negative emotions and physical and psychological suffering are caused by the way you think. Freedom Coaching concentrates on the cause of your behavior, emotions, suffering and loss of peace, your own fear thoughts. If you change your fear thoughts to love thoughts, your behavior, your emotional state and even your physical state will change. ENLIGHTENMENT PROGRAM
All the tools needed for enlightenment are mastered in the Enlightenment Program. Utilize a coach to support you in generating a personalized enlightenment plan. Study the philosophy of A Course in Miracles. Practice forgiveness or not making it real. Practice exchanging fear thoughts for love thoughts. Practice listening to and taking direction from Spirit as opposed to the ego. Practice letting Spirit speak through you to support your brothers. Train your mind to think with Spirit not the ego. Learn how to expose and release limiting beliefs and concepts. Allow a space in which you can open your mind and move through your fearful thoughts to peace.
